News: Yan Dabin, former director of transportation for Wushan County, was sentenced on Friday for accepting bribes of 22.3 million yuan ($3.2 million). Neighbors complained that he had water leaking through his vacant apartment. A maintenance and police officer entered the apartment to discover that a toilet was overflowing.
